"Absolutely no assistance at all"
Delivery takes forever, like every single time. But the real kicker? After all the trouble I went through, I reached out for help with a cracked mirrored drawer, and it’s been months with no response. This isn’t the first time I’ve tried either. If you’re looking for decent customer service, you might wanna look elsewhere.

"Super simple and effective service."
I got my sofas from Niture, and they managed to bring them in just 2 weeks while other places had waits of up to 10. They kept me informed about when to expect the delivery. The sofas arrived and were assembled in no time by some really courteous delivery guys (D13M93), and they even took all the packaging with them. Everything you could want from a sofa seller! I’m really happy with it.

"Great Support from Niture"
I had a rough time reaching out to Niture about an issue with my furniture cover, and I ended up giving them a one-star rating along with a poor review. However, they reached out to me afterward, apologized, and clarified that the problem was due to a glitch in their software, which they’ve now fixed. Plus, my issue has been sorted out to my satisfaction. Really impressed with their customer service!

"Delighted with the cuddle chair!"
I was really pleased with the cuddle chair considering the price. It’s made really well, has a beautiful color, and is just the right size. Plus, the customer service was top-notch, and it arrived earlier than expected. Couldn't be happier!

"Ignored Time and Again"
I made my order and got a confirmation, but after three weeks of waiting, I had to follow up with no replies to my emails. Trying to reach them by phone was a total bust. After four weeks, I faced the same problem. I tried the live chat, and it said I was connected to an agent, but nobody got back to me. Once more, I sent an email with the chat transcript and still heard nothing.

"Failed to inform me about my order status"
They accepted my order for an item that was out of stock and clearly knew it wouldn't be available anytime soon. They didn’t even bother to let me know they wouldn’t be completing the order, just left it hanging as 'processing'. I had to follow up a week later to discover this, after hearing nothing from them.

"A small company with a big heart, but had some hiccups with customer service."
Update: after posting my initial review, I got a call from them apologizing for the mix-up. They set up a new customer service system that had some issues, so they did respond, but I just didn’t get the messages. The rep I talked to was super helpful, and now everything's sorted out (there was a snag with my order, but they offered a full refund, just waiting for the funds to come through). After chatting with someone, I gotta say, Niture feels like a really nice and genuine company. I bumped my rating up from a 1 to a 4.

Original review: I ordered a pricey piece of furniture 9 days ago and haven’t heard a peep since. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails, but no response. I’m getting more worried by the minute. If there’s an issue with my order, I could just grab the item somewhere else, but I need Niture to refund me first. So, I really need them to get back to me about whether there’s a problem or not, and to process my refund – I don’t want to just hand over my cash and be ignored!

"Purchased 4 items online"
I bought 4 items online, and there was a delay at first in getting a delivery date. They eventually confirmed one, but then the driver ‘lost’ the furniture and it didn’t arrive. On the second try, only 2 items showed up. I’ve called them multiple times asking for updates, but no one from their team is getting back to me. The service has been awful. I’ve requested a refund. The call center folks said they’d keep me posted, but both times they’ve failed to either call or email me. The courier service isn’t replying to my texts either. I’m done shopping here.

"Top-notch quality and simple assembly..."
The quality is fantastic and putting it together was a breeze. Delivery was lightning quick; I ordered after 6 PM and it showed up by 9:30 the next morning—just incredible for furniture! "Amazing customer support."
I purchased some bed sheets. When I figured out I had picked the incorrect size, I reached out to the customer service team. They were incredibly friendly and efficient, adjusting my order without any hassle. I’ll surely be shopping at Niture again. Plus, the bed linen is beautiful as well.

"Caution for @btinternet.com Email Users!"
Heads up! If you’ve given Niture an @btinternet.com email, you might run into problems getting your emails. This means you won’t get those automated receipts, invoices, or even replies from their Customer Service. I faced this myself and had to make a call and use an @gmail.com address to sort out my order. Luckily, I ended up getting a full refund.

"Awesome Experience!"
Update: the customer support was amazing, they really went above and beyond to reach out and make sure my order was taken care of after a few items got damaged during delivery. Totally not their fault! I'm really loving the cabinets; they're solid, high-quality, and look fantastic. I’ll surely shop here again!

"Fantastic experience, excellent support"

I reached out to their customer service to inquire about stock availability and any potential delivery issues, and they were super friendly and accommodating.
